One event per line:

• each duration ∆t ends a segment: 10m!sound/label/ or label 10m!sound (both work; sound and label are optional)
• sounds: built-in (beep, bell, gong, siren, chime) or a file served by your server: !a fetches a.mp3 next to this page (or load a file manually with the button)
• @t0 is optional: omitted = right after previous event. Also @18:30, @+10m (gap), @-5m (overlap)
• start 18:00 (or start 2026-10-17 09:00) sets the first t0; default is the next full minute
• * PICTURE LOCK @12:00 !siren is a milestone (a time, no duration): highlighted in the timeline, counted down to, and sounded. A bare time uses the day of the previous event's end
• a line ending with : or , continues on the next line (comments and blank lines in between are skipped; a trailing comma before a new event is fine)
• # comments (Ctrl+/ toggles them on the selected lines). Durations: 1h30m, 90s, …
